100 g oats
100 ml double cream
100 ml water
150 g flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
50 g brown sugar
2 big ripe bananas (flaked with a fork)
75 ml SOLIA SMILE oil
Crumble mix
30 g butter
40 g chopped walnuts
30 g brown sugar
20 g oats
2 tbsp flour
1/4 teaspoons salt

Mix oats with water and double cream and let them soak. Ina a separate dish mix flour, salt, vinegar, baking powder and baking soda. Add sugar, oil and flaked bananas to the oats. Add flour to the mix. Oil the muffin tray and dust with flour (alternatively, place a muffin paper in each muffin slot in the tray) and fill each muffin slot with the cake mix until two thirds are full.
Mix all the ingredients for the top layer and crumble the mix with your hands. Spread the crumble mix on top of the muffin cake mix in the muffin slots.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
