JOGHURT PIE

500g fine pie sheets
500ml yoghurt
300g cheese
200ml SOLIA STYLE oil
3 eggs
1 10 gr baking powder
oil, salt

Preparation:
Whisk the eggs. Add oil, yoghurt and grated cheese (you can also use any homemade crumbly cheese). Add baking powder and season with salt to your taste. Whisk everything. Line an oiled baking tray with four sheets but make sure that the ends of sheets are bigger and sticking out of the tray as you will need them later to cover the filling. Place some yoghurt filling on the sheets. Bunch up the next three sheets and place them on the yoghurt filling in the tray. Sprinkle with some oil and add more filling. Repeat the process until all the filling and pie sheets are gone. Flap the sheet ends which are sticking out of the tray over the filling. Sprinkle the pie with more oil and bake for 40 minutes in the oven preheated to 200C until the pie turns a nice golden color. When the pie is baked, remove it from the oven, sprinkle with some water and let cool. Cut into quarters or eighths, whichever you prefer, and serve with yoghurt.
