0,5 kg potatoes, washed, cooked in salted water and pureed

1 egg

100 to 150 gr flour

1 tablespoon SOLIA STYLE oil

A pinch of salt, bread crumbs (optionally)

1 - 2 well beaten eggs

Mix potatoes, eggs, SOLIA STYLE oil, a pinch of salt and flour into a smooth dough. Take some dough in your palms and shape it into croquettes as thick as your thumb and some 4—5 cm long. Dip the croquettes in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and fry in hot SOLIA STYLE oil until the potato croquettes turn a nice, golden color.
