VIETNAMESE MEAT DUMPLINGS

Dough:
500 gr flour
½ cup margarine or butter
salt
1 egg
1 small cup SOLIA STYLE oil for frying
Filling:
250 gr ground veal
1 sea crab (or 100 gr crabmeat)
a handful of mushrooms
2 eggs
salt, pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce


Make the dough and work it into a long thin shape, like a thin knife. Chop the long thin dough into tiny balls of dough and roll each ball into a disc, 10 cm in diameter.
In the meantime, mix the ground meat with fresh crab meat, 2 eggs, soy sauce and chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and put some of the filling in the center of each round disc. Next, close the ends of each disc by flapping the disc over in half and pinching the ends together to get crescent-shaped dumplings. Fry the dumplings in hot SOLIA STYLE oil until they turn golden.
