250 g dried white beans
125 g hot sausages or hot dog sausages
100 g finely chopped onion
100 g finely chopped celery root
95 g molasses
95 g brown sugar
50 ml salsa
150 ml tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
salt and pepper

Wash the beans and let soak overnight. Cook the soaked beans.
Cook the hot sausages or hot dog sausages in SOLIA FIT oil until they turn crispy. Place them on paper towel to drain excess oil and then cut into rings. Cook onion and celery in the same SOLIA FIT oil where you cooked sausages before that and cook them until they turn translucent. Mix all the ingredients in a heatproof dish. Reserve some sausage rings to decorate the dish when done. Preheat the oven and bake for about an hour and a half at 180°C or until the beans are completely soft. Alternatively, you can bake the beans in individual heatproof bowls and serve the dish in these bowls. When cooking the beans, make sure they do not turn mushy.
