SPINACH PIEROGI

Dough:
300 gr flour
15 g margarine
1/4 package of fresh yeast
half a glass of milk
2 eggs.
TOPPING:
500 gr fresh spinach
1 egg
2 onion
2 hot dog sausages
Bread crumbs
Salt, pepper
SOLIA STYLE oil


Add a bit of salt and softened margarine to the flour and blend with fork. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add one egg and one yolk to the flour and margarine mix, pour in milk and yeast and mix into dough. Knead well and leave in a cool place to rest.
TOPPING: Chop the onion, and cook it in oil with finely chopped hot dog sausages. Blanch spinach, drain it, cut and add to the cooked onion and chopped hot dog sausages. Add 1 egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and mix well to combine. Roll out the dough to get a thin crust, cut out rings and fill them with the topping. Fry them in hot SOLIA STYLE oil.
