KOREAN TUNA PATTIES

1 can of tuna

1/3 onion

1 garlic clove

1egg

½ pepper

1-2 tbsp flour

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 mala tablespoons pepper

Salt

AROMA oil for frying

This recipe calls for 150 grams of tuna. If you have a bigger can, double all other ingredients.

One can yields about 6 patties.

Drain tuna of oil or water.

Place tuna in a bowl and add other ingredients: finely chopped onion and garlic, finely diced pepper, flour, sesame oil, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Put some SOLIA AROMA oil in a pan (enough to cover the bottom), spoon out the tuna mix in oil and let them cook. Press the patties to flatten them. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until it turns golden brown.

When the patties are done, take them out of the pan and place on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.

Serve with soy sauce, rice vinegar or with sweet and sour sauce and boiled or fried rice.
