In a deeper dish mix tuna, bread, ground pepper, egg, onion and garlic and whichever spices you like. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients with your hands and shape into patties. Cook the patties in shallow SOLIA FIT oil on all sides until they are nice and golden and then take them out on a paper towel to drain excess oil. In a separate dish pour 100ml of oil, add flour and fry for one minute. Next add tomato paste and 300ml water. Add spices to your liking and continue to cook the sauce until it thickens, constantly stirring.
